Product Overview
- JQ16-32-2VS is a high-efficiency double-station coiler for 16-32 mm PE pipes.
- Dual-reel alternating working mode supports non-stop continuous coiling with a max speed of 35 m/min, ideal for high-speed small pipe extrusion lines.
- Fully adjustable coiling inner diameter, outer diameter and width realize flexible coil size customization.
- Equipped with "DELTA" AC coiling motors adjusted by "DELTA" inverter and "DELTA" servo traverse motor, it achieves precise pipe arranging and uniform winding.
- "DELTA" PLC and touch screen is the core highlight of this coiler. It provides fully visualized human-machine interaction, allowing operators to quickly set coiling speed, coil diameter, arranging pitch and switching parameters.
- Pneumatic automatic clamping and pneumatic coil discharging reduce labor cost, realize highly automatic, neat and tight pipe coiling with consistent finished coil quality.
