Product Details

16~32 Four-Head PVC Pipe Extrusion Line is specially designed for small-bore PVC electrical conduits and water supply pipes. Equipped with one main extruder and a balanced four-channel die, it extrudes four pipes simultaneously with 4 times higher output than standard single-head lines. The whole line adopts full-automatic PLC control, independent vacuum cooling and synchronous chip-free cutting, producing pipes with uniform wall thickness and smooth surface.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Unstable extrusion output, fluctuating pipe diameter & wall thickness

Reasons: Blocked feeding system, uneven mixing of raw materials, worn screw/barrel, unstable main motor frequency. Solutions: Clean the feeder; check mixing formula; repair or replace worn screw; calibrate VFD parameters.

Q2: Poor plasticization, crystal dots & fish eyes on pipe surface

Reasons: Improper heating temperature, wet raw materials, mismatched screw speed, unmelted resin particles. Solutions: Dry raw materials fully; adjust barrel temperature curve; optimize screw rotation speed.

Q3: Material yellowing, black burnt spots & decomposition lines

PVC is heat-sensitive and decomposes easily under local overheating. General causes: Long material residence time, damaged temperature sensors, degraded recycled materials. Solutions: Lower overheated zone temperature; clean mold dead zones; add qualified heat stabilizer for PVC formula.

Q4: Extruder overload & high motor current alarm

Reasons: Low barrel temperature, blocked screen pack, foreign objects inside barrel, excessive filler content. Solutions: Raise temperature moderately; replace screen mesh; clean foreign debris; adjust filler proportion.

Q5: Vertical scratches & streaks on pipe inner/outer surface

Reasons: Scratched mold inner cavity, accumulated impurities, worn die lip, precipitated lubricant residues. Solutions: Polish mold surface; disassemble & clean die regularly; replace damaged die lip.

Q6: Severely uneven pipe wall thickness

Reasons: Offset mold center, unbalanced heating rings around die, partial blocked melt channels. Solutions: Re-center the mandrel; check and replace faulty heating bands; clear blocked flow paths.

Q7: Pipe ovality and out-of-round tolerance

Reasons: Too high or too low vacuum pressure, worn sizing sleeve, insufficient front cooling, asynchronous haul-off speed. Solutions: Adjust vacuum degree; replace worn sizing sleeve; increase pre-cooling water flow; match haul-off and extrusion speed.

Q8: Traction speed jitter or slipping

Reasons: Worn rubber traction pads, uneven clamping pressure, unstable VFD control. Solutions: Replace aging rubber pads; adjust clamping force; recalibrate traction inverter.

Q9: Oblique cutting, burrs and rough cutting edges

Reasons: Dull cutting blade, unstable pipe clamping during cutting, unsynchronized cutter tracking speed. Solutions: Sharpen or replace cutter blade; fix cutting fixture; synchronize cutter tracking signal with haul-off.

Q10: Inaccurate length counting

Reasons: Slipped measuring encoder wheel, worn measuring roller, wrong PLC parameter setting. Solutions: Fasten encoder wheel; replace worn measuring roller; reset length calculation parameters.
