Q1: Can this line produce oxygen-barrier 3-layer PERT pipe (EVOH layer) within 16-32mm range?
We support both single-layer and 3-layer oxygen barrier PERT production. To realize EVOH oxygen barrier pipes, another small auxiliary extruder, co-extrusion die head and independent feeding drying unit need to be added.
Q2: What brand electrical components are equipped on standard 16-32mm PERT line? Can we switch to other specified brands upon request?
Standard electric configuration: Siemens PLC & touch screen, ABB main motor, Schneider contactors, Omron temperature controllers. All core parts are imported famous brands for stable long-run operation. We accept customization of electric brands as your local maintenance preference; we will adjust price accordingly.
Q3: Can you customize the machine voltage and frequency to fit our country’s power grid?
100% customizable. We support 380V/50Hz, 415V/50Hz, 220V/60Hz, 440V/60Hz and other regional power parameters without extra modification fee; only motor and control program will be adjusted freely.
Q4: What acceptable payment terms do you support for this PERT extrusion line? Can we use irrevocable L/C at sight as full payment?
Our regular payment term: 30% T/T deposit after PI confirmation, balance 70% T/T before shipment. We also accept irrevocable sight L/C issued by top international bank, with minor bank operation cost borne by buyer. D/P at sight is negotiable for long-term cooperative clients.
Q5: How long is production lead time for one complete 16-32mm PERT line after receiving deposit?
Standard production cycle: 35 working days after receiving your 30% deposit. For customized three-layer oxygen barrier model or double outlet version, lead time extends to 40 working days. We will update production progress photos/videos every week during manufacturing.
Q6: Does the quotation cover overseas engineer on-site installation, commissioning and operator training? What about engineer round-trip & accommodation fees?
Basic quotation includes free full English operation manual, remote video guidance and online technical training. If you need our engineers to go to your factory for on-site installation, commissioning and 3-5 days hands-on training, engineer round-trip air tickets, local hotel accommodation, local traffic and daily allowance shall be covered by buyer.
Q7: How fast can you supply spare parts after warranty expiration? Is there a preferential spare parts price list for RFQ attachment?
We keep full stock of all common spare parts for PERT line, delivery within 7 working days once receiving spare parts order. We will attach exclusive spare parts price list with 10% long-term client discount together with your RFQ quotation file. Remote lifetime technical consultation service is permanently free of charge.
Q8: Can we arrange factory inspection and full machine test run before shipment? Do you provide PERT pipe sample test video?
Warmly welcome your engineers or third-party inspection team to visit our factory for offline test run. Before loading container, we will complete full-load trial production with PERT raw material, record complete test video and produce finished 16-32mm pipe samples for your quality verification.
Q9: Is online printer for pipe size & logo marking an optional accessory? How much extra cost will it add?
Continuous inkjet printer for printing pipe specification, brand logo and production date is optional accessory. We will mark independent optional price for single-color printing machine in RFQ, supporting automatic tracking synchronous printing with pipe haul-off speed.
