Product Overview
- JQ16-40-2VS is a high-stability opposite double-station coiler for 16-40 mm PE pipes. The unique opposite dual-reel structure ensures balanced frame stress, low vibration and stable alternating coiling without mutual interference.
- It supports wide-range adjustable coil inner diameter, outer diameter and width, adapting to multiple coil specifications. Equipped with dual 1.5 KW DELTA inverter motors and 0.5 KW DELTA servo traverse motor, it adopts ultrasonic sensor automatic speed follow-up + potentiometer fine-tuning dual speed control to achieve perfect line speed synchronization.
- Pneumatic clamping, pneumatic pressing and pneumatic discharging, the machine realizes full automatic coiling and unloading. The HMI visual human-machine operating system provides intelligent, simple and highly stable industrial control, ensuring neat, compact and consistent finished pipe coils.
