1. JQ76-225 Single Station PE Pipe Coiler
Specially designed for 76~225mm medium & large diameter PE pipes, matching HDPE water supply pipe, geothermal pipe and engineering plastic pipe extrusion production line.
Electric adjustable coil inner diameter (Core Advantage): 1.5kW independent drive motor, adjustable range 1600-2000mm, no manual disassembly, high precision, uniform frame stress, avoid coil frame deformation, greatly reduce labor workload and shorten specification switching time.
Wide forming range: Max coil outer diameter 3200mm, winding width 400~1200mm, coil thickness up to 600mm, support diversified packaging requirements.
Stepless winding speed: 1~10 m/min. Low-speed stable constant tension winding, suitable for thick-wall large-diameter PE pipe, prevent loose coils, pipe distortion and surface damage.
2. BP76-225 Single Station PE Pipe Uncoiler
Matching supporting uncoiler for dia. 76~225mm PE coiled pipes, cooperate with pipe coiler.
Manual adjustable coil inner diameter 1000~2100mm, mechanical locking after adjustment, solid structure and strong load capacity.
Super large bearing capacity: Max coil outer diameter reach 3800mm, unwinding width 400~2400mm, maximum coil thickness 1400mm, compatible with large-volume finished pipe coils.
Unwinding speed 1~10 m/min, stepless speed regulation, synchronous speed matching with coiler or downstream equipment, guarantee smooth unwinding without pipe jumping and twisting.
