Description
160–450 PE chipless cutter is a specialized online cutting device designed for HDPE, PPR, and similar plastic pipes with diameters from 160 mm to 450 mm. It works in full sync with extrusion lines to deliver clean, chip-free, and high-precision cutting without dust or debris.
Main Functions
Chipless & dust-free cutting: Uses rotary cutting technology; no chips, dust, or burrs are produced during cutting. The pipe end is smooth, flat, and ready for fusion welding without post-cleaning.
Online synchronous cutting: Follows the running pipe at the same speed via servo-driven trolley movement, enabling continuous, automatic length cutting without stopping the line. Wide material compatibility: Suitable for PE, PPR, PP-B, PP-H, PE-RT, PEX, and other plastic pipes used in water supply, gas, and industrial applications.
Pneumatic clamping system: Adopts universal pneumatic clamping for fast, stable fixing of different pipe sizes; no mechanical adjustment needed for diameter changes.
PLC automatic control: Equipped with a PLC touchscreen for easy setting of cutting length, speed, and batch counting. Supports manual / automatic mode switching.
