This is a compact highspeed plastic crusher for sizereduction of hard plastic scraps, pipe fragments, injection sprues, smallsize rigid plastic waste. It produces scraps output ready for direct reuse or further processing. Equipped with 22 kW main motor, wellmatched rotor structure delivers stable throughput of 200300 kg/h. Wellarranged 18piece moving knives cooperate with 2 fixed knives to form sharp shearing cutting. Moving and fixed knives adopt 9CrSi tool steel, featuring good hardness, toughness and cutting performance.

What materials can BQX600 crush?
Pre-shredded PVC and PE fragments, injection runners, defective plastic parts, small hard-plastic lumps and profiles. Long whole pipes should be pre-shredded.
What is the real-world capacity?
The standard range is 200–300 kg/h with normal rigid plastic and a 10 mm screen.
What is the blade material?
The 18 moving and two fixed knives are 9CrSi alloy steel and can be removed for sharpening.
Can output size be changed?
Yes. Granule size is controlled by the screen; 10 mm is standard and alternative hole sizes are available.
Will the 480 RPM rotor overheat plastic?
Proper, continuous feeding of normal-hardness fragments avoids overheating. Bulky, uncut long pipes should not be fed directly.
Can it crush long whole pipes?
Not directly. Use a shredder first, then feed the fragments to this crusher for fine crushing.
