What materials can the BQX600 shredder process?
Rigid plastics including PVC, PE and PP pipes, profiles, lumps, purge, waste plates and other hard plastic scraps.
What is the actual output?
The standard stable output is 300–500 kg/h with conventional PVC pipes and a 50 mm screen. Material thickness, hardness and feeding continuity affect actual output.
What are the blades made from?
It uses 26 moving knives and one fixed knife made from SKD-11 alloy steel. The blades resist wear and corrosion and can be resharpened.
Can the discharge size be adjusted?
Yes. The standard screen is 50 mm, with 30–80 mm screens available for different downstream requirements.
How does the machine handle jamming?
The 2.2 kW hydraulic feeding system can retreat and reverse during overload or a jam to protect the motor and blades.
Will the 80 RPM rotor burn PVC?
The moderate 80 RPM speed limits friction heat and helps avoid burning, discoloration and decomposition.
Can long plastic pipes be fed without pre-cutting?
Yes. The moving hopper and hydraulic pushing structure support direct feeding of long plastic pipes.
