Equipped with 39 moving knives + 2 fixed knives made of high-quality DC53 alloy steel. Compared with ordinary blade materials, DC53 features higher hardness, better wear resistance and excellent anti-corrosion performance.
Supported by a 5.5KW hydraulic ram system, it realizes automatic, continuous and stable material pushing. It can handle long plastic pipes, bulky plastic profiles and lump materials directly without pre-cutting.
Matched with 60MM standard screen mesh, the shredded materials have uniform particle size with no oversized bulk materials.
With a stable hourly output of 500-700KG, it fully meets the primary shredding demand of medium-sized plastic recycling factories, featuring high operational stability and low failure rate for long-time continuous production.
Adopting 480RPM high-speed rotor design and 37KW matched power, it performs precise secondary fine crushing on coarse shredded materials.
The final 12MM uniform granules are fine and even, which can be directly used for granulation, mixing and reprocessing.
Equipped with 24 moving knives + 2 fixed knives, the dense and sharp blade combination forms an efficient circulating shearing system.
The whole set of blades adopts 9CrSi tool steel, which has high hardness, good toughness and excellent cutting performance.
Stable fine crushing capacity reaches 400-500KG/Hr. The power configuration is reasonably matched, which avoids energy waste while ensuring crushing efficiency, realizing energy-saving and high-efficiency production.
