Product Details

Conical Twin Screw PVC Pelletizing Line is designed for PVC resin powder compounding and recycling granulation. The line uses an SJZ80/156 conical twin screw extruder, hydraulic screen changer, die-cut pelletizing system, air-blow conveyor, horizontal vibrating screen and air-blow storage silo to process PVC resin powder, stabilizer, calcium powder, lubricant and additives into stable PVC pellets.

The core PVC pelletizing extruder is the SJZ series conical twin screw extruder, including SJZ51/105, SJZ65/132, SJZ80/156 and SJZ92/188. The popular SJZ80/156 model uses a 55kW main motor and supports about 350-450kg/h output.

Q2: What is the hourly production capacity of this line?

Capacity depends on the raw material formula. Virgin low-filler rigid PVC can reach the upper range, while high-calcium filled PVC and mixed recycled PVC normally run at a lower stable capacity.

Q3: How much power does the whole line consume?

Taking SJZ80/156 as an example, the main motor is 55kW, barrel heating is 32kW, feeding motor is 0.75kW and auxiliary cutting or cooling units add about 10-15kW. Total installed power is around 100-110kW, and actual running power is usually 70%-85% of installed power.

Q4: How many barrel heating zones are configured?

Small and medium models such as SJZ51, SJZ65 and SJZ80 use 4 independent heating zones. Large SJZ92/188 uses 5 heating zones. Standard cooling is forced air cooling with multiple fans.
