Yes, it is mainly customized for 110mm single-wall HDPE corrugated cable conduit. It also supports PVC corrugated pipe of the same specification after simple parameter adjustment.
Q2: What is the maximum working line speed? Can it synchronize with the haul-off machine?
The specified maximum coiling speed is 6 m/min. The machine supports real-time speed synchronization with the haul-off machine to avoid pipe stretching or slack. Please provide your line speed so we can confirm compatibility.
Q3: What is the adjustable range of coil inner diameter, outer diameter and coil width?
The standard coil inner diameter is 1000-2200 mm with manual adjustment, maximum coil outer diameter is 3300 mm, coiler width is 150-350 mm, and maximum coil height is 550 mm. Coil dimensions can also be customized.
Q4: Does it adopt servo traverse system for pipe arrangement?
Yes, standard configuration is servo traverse layering, to arrange pipes neatly without overlapping or scratching.
Q5: How does the height sensor work?
It detects winding tension by the position of the pipe. When the pipe tension tightens, the sensor detects a shorter distance and slows down the winder. When the pipe tension loosens, the sensor detects a longer distance and speeds up the winder.
Q6: Does it have encoder for length counting? What is the metering accuracy?
Equipped with high-precision encoder. Length tolerance can be controlled within ±0.5%.
Q7: What brands are the PLC and HMI?
Delta PLC and HMI are standard. Siemens or other brands can be specified on request.
Q8: Can you offer the component list of inverters, contactors and sensors?
Yes, we can supply the main electrical component list upon request.
Q9: Is it equipped with safety guard, emergency stop and safety interlock?
