Polestar Machinery is pleased to announce the successful loading and dispatch of plastic equipments for Portugal. The shipment, consisting of a haul-off machine and vacuum calibration tank, is loaded into a 40HQ high cube container.
Prior to delivery, all core equipment underwent final inspection. Machines were wrapped with bubble film and waterproof plastic covers for protection against dust, moisture and abrasion in marine transport. During stuffing, timber supports and ratchet straps were applied to firmly secure the units inside the container. Our skilled loading team coordinated with overhead cranes to place each component properly. The entire loading procedure was documented with photos for shipment records, customs clearance and future on-site assembly.
The supplied extrusion line is engineered for continuous, high-accuracy forming of plastic pipes and profiles. The haul-off unit delivers steady traction speed, while the vacuum tank ensures reliable cooling and dimension calibration. This set of machinery will help our Portuguese customer achieve stable output and consistent product quality in their workshop.
This order marks another step of our business expansion within the European market.
