Product Overview
Equipped with a 3050 mm welding plate, the PB3000 handles sheet thickness from 3 mm up to 40 mm, supporting thickandthin plastic sheet welding for PP, PE, PVC and other thermoplastic materials.
Minimum coil circle diameter reaches 400 mm, enabling finished welded sheets to be rolled into smalldiameter coils, convenient for storage, transportation and subsequent rollingup processes.
5.5 kW heating knife delivers fast, uniform heating. It ensures consistent melting on sheet joint surfaces, producing firm, leakfree weld seams with low stress.
780 mm working platform height matches standard operator posture, reducing longtime working fatigue and improving operating efficiency.
Overall dimension 4750 × 2300 × 1200 mm balances large welding width and proper floor occupation, easy for factory layout and installation.
