Product Details

PE Film Granulation/Pelletizing Line is designed for recycling soft PE/PP film, plastic bags, stretch film, courier bags and agricultural film into reusable PE/PP pellets. The complete line integrates belt conveyor, HSA-1000 agglomerator, SJ100/33 single screw extruder, DSS-150 double station screen changer, face-cut pelletizing system, centrifugal dewatering, air conveying silo and electrical control cabinet for stable 300~400 KG/Hr production.

Q1: What waste materials can this PE PP film granulation line process?

It is suitable for LDPE film, HDPE film, PP shopping bags, stretch film, courier bags, agricultural film and similar soft plastic film waste.

Q2: What is the standard output capacity?

The configured HSA-1000 line is designed for 300~400 KG/Hr. Higher capacity models from 400~650 KG/H can also be configured according to raw material conditions.

Q3: How does the line reduce bubbles in finished pellets?

The single screw extruder uses double vacuum venting to remove ink, moisture and volatile matters from molten PE/PP material before pelletizing.

Q4: How many operators are needed?

After feeding waste film through the belt conveyor, the line automatically completes agglomerating, melting, filtering, pelletizing, dewatering, screening and storage. Usually one operator can supervise the full line.

Q5: Can it process printed or muddy waste film?

Yes. Wear-resistant alloy screw and barrel liner can be configured for printed or muddy waste film, and hydraulic screen changing helps handle higher impurity levels.

Q6: What is the finished product?

The final product is reusable PE/PP pellets for plastic film, bag, sheet, injection or other plastic processing applications.
