POLESTAR Machinery’s plastic pelletizing extruder that provides uniform heating distribution and homogenization is ideal for producing plastic pellets in recycling process. Our extruders are available in single (only one extrusion machine) and double stage arrangement (one main extrusion machine and one smaller secondary extrusion machine). It is recommended that to use double stage arraignment for recycling process due to the contamination in the plastic materials. There are also various options of pelletizing technologies available to such as hydraulic assisted screen changer and double-piston screen changer to make sure there is no interruption during screen change. Our reliable gear box drives screw quietly to mix and move the molten plastic in the barrel. The screw that made of specially treated steel ensures against corrosion and abrasion. PID temperature control system with air or water cooling system maintains steady working temperature. “Hot Cut” water-ring die face pelletizing and “Cold Cut” strand pelletizing methods are available depending on your preference.
Applications: Raw material: PE,PP Films and bags PE/PP film pelletizing recycling line with agglomerator can be used for PE/PP film or PP woven bags and some parabolic pellet recycling, the materials will be compressed more tightened by agglomeration which will be easy threw to extrude to extrude, which can achieve maximum capacity 100-100kg/hour(depends on customers’ requirements)
