Q1: What types of PVC profiles can this extrusion line produce?
The complete line is applicable to UPVC window and door profiles, including casement window, sliding window, tilt-and-turn window, louver, auxiliary frame, mullion and glazing bead. It also supports ASA two-color co-extrusion profiles.
Q2: What is the profile size range?
Typical profile width range is 60-120 mm, with wall thickness adjustable from 1.8 mm to 3.0 mm. Single-cavity and multi-cavity thermal insulation profiles can be configured.
Q3: What is the hourly output of one full line?
For the configured SJZ80/156 line, output capacity is about 400-450 kg/h. Single extruder configuration supports ordinary single-layer profiles, while twin extruder co-extrusion can be configured for ABA double-layer profiles.
Q4: How many meters of finished profiles can be produced per hour?
Taking a standard 60-series window profile at 1.2 kg/m as reference, 250 kg/h is about 208 meters per hour and 350 kg/h is about 290 meters per hour. Line speed is stepless adjustable according to formula and mould.
Q5: Is the screw and barrel wear-resistant for high calcium carbonate filled PVC formula?
Screw and barrel are overall nitrided, with optional bimetallic wear-resistant coating. The screw structure is optimized for high-filler PVC formulas with even plasticization and stable output.
Q6: What brands are used for motors, PLC and inverters?
The standard configuration uses reliable branded motors, inverters and PLC. Optional upgrades include Siemens PLC, Schneider electrical components, ABB motors and Schneider temperature control modules.
