Single Station Coiler (90–250mm PE Pipe)

1. Pipe Winding Function Specially designed for finished PE extrusion pipe ranging from 90mm to 250mm outer diameter, automatically winds continuous extruded PE pipe into neat standard coils after online cutting. Realizes orderly layered winding to avoid pipe scratch, distortion and loose coil, matching continuous PE pipe extrusion line running speed.
2. Servo-driven Inner Diameter Adjustment Adopts servo motor electric adjustment for winding core inner diameter, no manual mechanical adjustment. Precisely set target coil inner diameter on PLC touch screen; servo automatically drives expansion/contraction of winding reel to change coil inner dimension, quickly switch different coil specification without disassembly, improves specification change efficiency.
3. Servo-driven Winding Width Adjustment Independent servo control for winding traverse width, electronically adjust left-right winding stroke via HMI parameter input. Automatically adapt to different PE pipe outer diameter and required coil width; winding guide travel follows set width precisely to guarantee uniform coil side face, no irregular protruding pipe ends.
4. Synchronous Speed Tracking with Extruder Matched with Delta variable frequency drive motor as main drive, realizes stepless speed regulation. Links speed signal with upstream PE extruder via PLC closed-loop control; automatically accelerate/decelerate winding speed following extruder outlet pipe linear speed, eliminate pipe stretching or pile-up caused by speed mismatch.
5. Automatic Electrical Control & Parameter Storage Equipped with Delta PLC control system + touch screen HMI centralized operation: All technical parameters (coil inner diameter, winding width, winding speed, coil finished length) can be digitally set and stored in PLC; one-click recall for repeated production of same specification. Built-in overloading, overload current, overtravel protection for servo & inverter; auto alarm & stop when abnormal working status occurs. Real-time running data display: line speed, finished coil length, remaining winding capacity.
6. Fixed-length Stop Function Set target coil length on control panel; PLC counts pipe length in real time via encoder, automatically stops coiling once reaching preset length for coil unloading operation.
