The Production Line Consists Of
Single Screw Extruder
The SJ65-33 features a single screw design known for simple and effective melting and mixing. The 65mm screw diameter and 33:1 L/D ratio provide excellent processing capability for a wide range of polymers.
Vacuum Loader
The integrated vacuum loader system automatically conveys raw materials from storage bins to the extruder hopper, minimizing manual handling and reducing dust or moisture contamination.
Hopper Dryer
The hopper dryer removes moisture from hygroscopic materials before they enter the extruder. Temperature control and airflow management help maintain stable material condition and final product quality.
