Product Overview

This 800/2000L hot-cold mixing unit is professionally optimized and specially designed for the compound mixing process of PVC powder, calcium carbonate and various functional additives. It adopts industry-standard graded parameter matching design, with perfectly calibrated tank volume, stirring speed and cycle time between hot mixing and cold mixing modules tailored for plastic formula mixing. The hot mixer realizes high-speed thermal homogenization and full dispersion of PVC powder, calcium carbonate fillers and additives, while the cold mixer completes low-speed constant-temperature cooling and material conditioning, forming a mature closed-loop continuous production process exclusive for plastic compounding. It eliminates production disconnection, material uneven mixing and capacity attenuation caused by mismatched unit parameters, delivering a sustained and stable hourly output of 1000~1100KG.
