SWP400 PVC pipe and profile crusher with a 400 mm blade, 15 kW cutting motor, 10 mm screen and stable 350–450 kg/h output.
Get a QuoteThe SWP400 crusher is specially designed for rigid PVC pipes, window and door profiles, extruded sections, decorative strips and production offcuts. It turns bulky PVC scrap into uniform regrind that can be recycled or returned to an extrusion process, helping manufacturers reduce waste and raw-material costs.

Heat-treated QSiCr alloy blades provide strong cutting performance and can be removed, sharpened and replaced.
A replaceable screen controls final particle size; the standard 10 mm screen suits common recycling and refeeding applications.
The 15 kW cutting motor and 3 kW fan deliver 350–450 kg/h without unnecessary installed power.

The SWP400 normally produces 350–450 kg/h when processing conventional rigid PVC pipes and profiles. Actual output depends on material shape, thickness and feeding continuity.
The blades use heat-treated QSiCr silicon-chromium alloy tool steel. They are removable, resharpenable and replaceable; blade angle and thickness can also be customized. Typical service life is about 1,000–1,500 hours under suitable operating conditions.
Yes. The standard screen hole is 10 mm, and optional 6, 8, 12 and 15 mm screens are available.
Total installed power is 18 kW: 15 kW for cutting and 3 kW for the fan. Typical operating consumption is approximately 12–15 kWh per hour, depending on load.
It is suitable for rigid PVC water and drainage pipes, window and door profiles, decorative lines, fittings, extruded sections and plate offcuts.
The standard warranty is one year for the machine and two years for the core motor, excluding misuse and normal wear parts.
