Q1: What kinds of WPC boards can your extrusion line manufacture?
Our full WPC extrusion line produces solid WPC foam board, hollow WPC wall panel, WPC door panel, WPC floor substrate, outdoor co-extruded WPC deck board and PVC foam WPC cabinet board. It supports single-layer mono-extrusion and ASA/PVC co-extrusion weather-resistant outdoor boards.
Q2: What is the screw barrel material? Is it suitable for high wood flour and calcium filled formula?
Screw and barrel adopt integral nitriding treatment; bimetallic alloy coating is optional for heavy wear conditions. The screw channel is specially optimized for high wood powder loading, ensuring uniform plasticization without wood charring. Standard formula supports 40-65 phr wood powder; customized high-filler screw can reach 75 phr wood flour.
Q3: What raw materials are required for WPC board production?
Main raw materials include PVC resin, wood flour such as poplar, pine or rice husk powder, calcium carbonate, stabilizer, lubricant, foaming agent, impact modifier, titanium dioxide and color masterbatch. Waste plastic and recycled wood powder can also be reused.
Q4: Will wood powder carbonize or cause black spots on board surface during extrusion?
The extruder adopts multi-stage segmented temperature control and low-shear screw design to avoid local overheating. The high-vacuum exhaust system discharges moisture and volatile gas from wood powder, helping eliminate black spots, bubbles and charred marks.
Q5: What brands do you use for PLC, inverter and motors? Can Siemens be configured?
Standard configuration uses domestic famous brand motors, Delta or Inovance inverters and local PLC with Chinese and English touch screen. Optional upgrades include Siemens PLC, Schneider contactors, ABB motors and imported temperature controllers. Production parameters can be stored and recalled with one click.
