Product Overview
- Model ZDT1600-10M vacuum sizing tank is designed for plastic pipes with diameter 800~1600mm, perfectly matching PVC-U, PE and other huge pipe extrusion lines.
- Effective tank length reaches 10,000mm. Longer cooling & sizing section ensures sufficient cooling and shaping time. Pipes feature stable roundness, uniform dimension and less deformation.
- Equipped with three sets of 11 KW vacuum pumps and three sets of 15 KW water pumps. Stable vacuum degree and sufficient cooling water flow, guarantee consistent sizing quality during long-hour continuous production.
- Fitted with YOTO digital tachometer for real-time speed monitoring. AC contactors, push-buttons and indicator lights adopt SIEMENS brand. Stable control performance, low failure rate and convenient maintenance.
- The vacuum pump adjusts rotating speed automatically according to real-time vacuum demand, instead of continuous full-speed operation. It effectively cuts down unnecessary power consumption, especially during long-time continuous pipe extrusion production.
